AAP Platoon Mom Donna Yankovich of Acworth,Georgia never tires of rallying her community in support of our deployed Troops. Donna hosted a “Salute the Troops” event sponsored by Starbucks on July 29. Customers were given the opportunity to donate coffee for Troops deployed to Iraq. Many words of thanks are sent to Starbucks' managers Andrea Kirwan and Darleen Vercillo. We also wish to thank Scott Singleton, local community ministry student who opened the event with a prayer for the Troops serving in harm's way and thank you to everyone in Acworth, Georgia for your donations and big hearts in support of our Nation’s Heroes.
