In honor of their veteran employees American Eagle Outfitters joined forces with AdoptaPlatoon to serve U.S. service personnel in Iraq to commemorate the most recent Veterans Day and Holiday 2009 tribute to the Troops. "We organized our gift packages for an overseas troop through AdoptaPlatoon. Our holidays were made brighter when we heard back from our adopted Platoon! many miles from their own homes while serving U.S. Armed Forces in Iraq," said Nancy Alberth and Liz Guzzie, associates at AE.
